At Cher Montagne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not fully happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most new, unused items in their original packaging.

For certain suppliers, a shorter window (typically 15 days) may apply — if that’s the case, our team will assist with prompt processing through our fulfillment partners.”

 

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at support@chermontagne.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

 

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

 

Exchanges & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Exceptions

  • Sale items and personalized products are final sale.

  • We cannot accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear.
