Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Items are shipped directly from our supplier fulfilment centres, which may include international warehouses. Exact delivery times vary by product and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 7–14 business days from dispatch

• United Kingdom / Europe: 10–21 business days from dispatch

• Rest of world: 14–28 business days from dispatch

Shipping Costs & Duties

Tracking & Notification

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you do not receive it within 5 business days, please contact us at support@chermontagne.com.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If delivery appears delayed beyond our estimated timeframe, contact us and we will liaise with the carrier/supplier on your behalf.

Returns from Incorrect or Damaged Goods
